Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized Jewelry (customized with names, initials, or special dates)

All other products in our collection – including Backpacks, Leather Bags, Belts, Clothing, Jewelry, and Accessories – are eligible for returns and exchanges within the 15-day window.

Refund Processing
